Here is the process for a complete bottle packaging system from KISS Packaging. An operator dumps bottles or containers into a bottle unscrambler also known as a bottle orientator. The bottle unscrambler places the bottles upright onto a conveyor or conveying system. The conveyor feeds the bottles into bottle washer or bottle rinser. In the bottle washing machine or bottle rinsing machine the containers are flipped over, washed, rinsed, and air jet dried. After the containers are cleaned they are flipped over and placed upright back onto a sanitary conveyor. Once they are on the sanitary conveying system they are fed into an automatic filling machine. KISS Packaging's bottle filling machines can fill regular free flowing liquids (beverages and perfume fragrances), products that are very viscous or thick (pastes, creams, lotions, and gels), products that tend to foam (industrial cleaners and beverages), products that string or drip (syrups), products that have particulates or chunks (food), and dry products (food).
