AUTO MINI PINCH

The KISS Packaging Series Automatic Mini-Pinch Filler is available with 6 – 12 fill heads. The Pinch Series Fillers are Timed Flow Volumetric Fillers capable of filling viscosities from less than water to light oils at production rates up to 100 containers per minute. The pinch design allows for maximum flexibility in container and product type and dose size.

Auto Fill Programming Setup and Auto Indexing Programming Setup allow machine operators to change over in minutes. Fully functional control system allows for rapid on the fly adjustments of all machine control aspects and job memory decreases down time and change over. Self diagnostics and Management Screens provide full on board technical support and on screen manuals that will significantly reduce downtime.

A food grade positive displacement pump is included with the standard filler and a wide range of pump upgrades are available to match a specific application or chemical compatibility. Upgradeable pumps available are, Centrifugal Pumps, Gear Pumps, Flexible Impeller Pumps, and Lobe Pumps. Minimal contact parts, Step Fill Operation and All Fill Operation and the overall flexibility of this filler makes it perfect for food, chemical, cosmetic, beverage, and pharmaceutical use. With the correct pumps and nozzles this machine can fill products at any temperature, accommodate small particulates, and almost any product or container characteristics.

Materials the machine is composed of.

The Mini-Pinch Cabinet is made of 304 Stainless Steel, other non contact parts are made of either aluminum, plastic, or stainless steel.

Materials the Contact Parts are composed of.

Tubing drawing from the source is made of Vinyl, Pump made of mostly floroelastomers, the tubing coming from the pump is made up of vinyl, the manifold is composed of 316 Stainless Steel, and the tubing extending from the manifold is made of Silicone.


* Fill speed is dependent on several things; the operator, viscosity, dose size, and whether or not it foams.
**Longer nozzles will have to be added for manually bottom up filling.
*** Many cases contact parts will need to be changed to match the corrosive product
