ACCUCAPPER ELECTRIC

The Accucapper Electric is a portable, hand held cap tightener capable of tightening or removing screw and lug type closures. Accucapper Electric has an adjustable clutch to ensure proper torque and eliminate cap and decrease insert wear. Once the closure reaches the set torque value, the chuck will stop rotating signaling the operator to move on to the next container.

The Accucapper Electric ships standard with a stand, overhead slide rail, and self balancer which allows the Accucapper Electric to be suspended neatly and weightlessly overhead, out of the way during case changes and reducing operator fatigue. The Accucapper Electric ships with one Chuck and Insert (up to a Size #25).

Accucapper Electric (110 or 220VAC) is for lab use or low production environments where compressed air is not available.
